William's humble beginnings where in
a construction site on Amelia Island, Florida.
Named for the man who rescued him
and found a wonderful home for him,  
William journeyed north to a peaceful,
loving life in safe and caring surroundings,
high atop the West Virginia mountains. 
There he spends his days and nights in the
comfort of his home with those who love him. 

His statuesque pose in the photograph below, 
depicts William’s usual demeanor, sitting with his family,
watching television before taking
one of his many cat naps.
The deep, rich color surrounding him
and his elegant stature seem to emit a royalty,
giving essence to his prestigious name, William.
